We all have an innate desire to own stuff
You can see it among the homeless
As well as those who can afford it the most
I saw it in my children as they were growing up
But how much stuff is really enough?
On my journey through life
I am discovering that less stuff
Is more than enough
Yes, philosophy of nature is this – keep it simple – because less is more.

Simplicity does make one’s live much easier! Thanks for stopping by the Garage.

I can answer quite honestly that the older I get the less stuff I want. It all seems rather pointless in the grand scheme of things. Experiences over stuff, I say.

I am in complete agreement. Everything in that picture is gone.

Strange – I came to the same conclusion only a day or two ago. My son asked me if I was a glass half empty person or a glass half full person. I have always thought I was glass-half-empty; but I thought to myself: no: today my glass is 80 percent full. A huge turnaround for me. I suppose it is all about letting go of wanting things….

I would have to agree. From an engineers perspective the glass is too large for its contents. Hence I have let go of a lot of stuff.
