Yesterday afternoon I had a short errand to run to drop off some items at a friend’s house. Since it was another hot day (99 degrees F), I decided to take the GT out of the garage and turned my short errand into a hour long drive through the back roads of the Livermore Valley.
Part of the drive took me onto a section of the historic Lincoln Highway. I had not planned on taking any pictures but ended up with several great opportunities that I could not pass up. The first two pictures of the Highway Garage of Livermore and a family owned and restored vintage gas station were taken a couple of weeks ago. The timing of the two pictures below could not have been better!!!
