On May 28, 2013 the first post titled “choosing to be happy” was written. It started with celebrating the little things in life. It also contains the quote from Grocho Marx that resides at the bottom of my page. The idea came about as a way to work through a stressful time in my life. After 149 was published, my mind drifted to all that has occurred since No. 1 was penned. There have been many changes at the Red Dog Garage, but much remains the same. I came to the realization that choosing to be happy in my circumstances has changed my outlook, as well as being mindful, over the past several years. I asked myself the questioned if No. 150 should be the last? I decided, maybe for selfish reasons, to continue looking for the little things in life that make me smile. This means that you, my readers, will continue to be part of this adventure. My hope is that this series will help others to adjust their outlook, hopefully make you smile, and spread happiness to those around you.
Sounds delightful.! Can’t wait to read more posts 🙂
