Choosing To Be Happy – No. 152

While watching Maggie and Sally wander the back pasture at the Red Dog Estate, I noticed that the Tulips were enjoying the late afternoon sun. Different shades of purple were created and ever changing as the sun continues to move towards the horizon. What can’t be seen in this picture is the movement caused by the gentle breeze, each flower dancing to the songs of the birds. Each is slowly closing at its own pace and in no rush to leave the last rays of sunlight. Enjoying a moment of peace at the end of the day is priceless and a reason to be happy.
