After forty days, the last of the dirt is now covering the new sewer line and repaired irritation system. The lawn has taken a beating from The Beast and the dirt that was piled on top. With a scattering of seed and water it will recover.

The last piece of the old sewer pipe is ready for the garbage.

Now that everything is flowing at the Red Dog Estate, the Big Dig is officially complete. The cost savings of tackling this project, with the help of my friend Keith, is about $7000. The satisfaction of having completed this project is priceless. Maggie and Sally have enjoyed spending time in the front yard and letting the whole neighborhood know they were guarding the Red Dog Estate.
